Why you want this to be added / changed : If this system/fiture added in the server, I very respect and love to the Scripter of CFCNR Server,
                                                               And this feature will reduce the users of the wild racers and Speed Hack                                                             
Give us details about it                            : If some player passed the high speed, He/she will get Police Star and the money is reduced.it will   
                                                               detect when a player passes it at high speed.
